Individual Therapy

Therapy is an opportunity for growth, reflection, and change. Together, we will clarify your concerns, explore patterns and experiences that may be contributing to distress, and build a collaborative relationship focused on the challenges that brought you to therapy. Whether we meet in person or through telehealth, I strive to provide a warm, engaged, empathic, and supportive environment.

The benefits of therapy extend beyond symptom relief. Therapy can foster greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional insight. Through our work together, you may develop a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen coping strategies, improve relationships, and build greater self-compassion. Therapy can also help you navigate anxiety, grief, life transitions, workplace stress, identity concerns, and difficult relational experiences.

I approach therapy holistically, recognizing both the struggles clients face and the strengths they already possess. My work is grounded in psychodynamic theory while also integrating systems theory, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other relational approaches based on each client’s needs and goals.

Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about how they want to move through the next stage of life. Together, we create space to better understand these experiences while working toward a more grounded and authentic sense of self.

If you are unsure whether in-person or virtual therapy would be the best fit, we can discuss your preferences during a free consultation. I offer flexibility, allowing clients to move between in-person and telehealth sessions depending on their needs and schedules. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to engage meaningfully in the therapeutic process.
